Any suggestions for helping me lose some weight and get fitter?
I’ve been doing karate for a year now and although I have toned up a small bit and gotten a tiny bit fitter, I’m still very unfit and it demotivates me when I get tired easily.
I’ve always wanted to lose weight, I’m around 5′4″ (?) and a size 12/14. I realize I’m not going to get anything done coming from the ‘I want to be thin’ approach do I basically want to get fitter.
I’ve tried running but I get so out of breath so easily I just feel like an idiot and give up. How to I build stamina? I want to tone my stomach and thigh area especially.. Any suggestions?
I really need you to be specific here, no ‘eat well and exercise’, of course that’s what I need to do. I need to be told how many situps, how frequent etc etc yadda yadda yadda.
Your help would be greatly appreciated!
i boxed for 17 yrs , i found that skipping and cardio work outs do the job.skip for 3×3 mins and do cardio at ur local gym for 30mins , u will feel fitter in no time . never lose faith .
