What is the best calorie intake for faster weight loss for a 32 year old 200 lb. woman?
I am so confused…I want to lose it in a healthy way,and I read everything from 1000 to 2000 calories a day…some who say calories don’t matter,exercise does,and some that say eat less,exercise not so much..help me!!!:-)
1500 is a good place to start. Don’t get down below 1200 if you are exercising regularly, you’ll need the energy from the calories for your workouts.
