If I am mistaken to phase 1 of the South Beach diet, what happens?
I've been so good and just started to lose weight – but had a parting of the family shower in Boston with a group of Italians .. to dinner and could not be denied w / out being rude, more like delicious. I had some noodles and lasagna eggplant (without pasta, but the sauce) .. no bread, but that dessert, pastry and some chocolate, saw my proportions, but I fail to hit the last two weeks? I had just started to notice a difference and I am very worried she will go 2 weeks before 2 more againnn start losing … (The book does not say what happens to your body if you slip.
Onec I've done this diet before, you'll be fine. Everybody has days like that I know I did. Just make sure that tomorrow begins forward again, do not just be like "oh well I was unfaithful to eat whatever I want now, because then you just ruined the last 2 weeks. These first 2 weeks is difficult congratulations to you! It becomes easier too. And when your at the 2nd and 3rd stage, try the fusion of the things and fudgecicle 40calorie put some peanut butter on it. mmm is delicious, and it is not cheating either. =]
